Standard cage sizes: 18wide x 18 or 16.5” deep x 18/21 high (other sizes available upon request). 2 to 4 tiers high – with or without catwalk system. Wire mesh with 2.5 mm diameterfor dividers. 1.5 x 2.5 or 1.28 x 2.5 wire mesh floors with 2.5 mm or 3 mm diameter. Choice of all female tiers or combination of male/female tiers. Galvanized After Weld 12 gauge wire mesh floors have proven to outlast un-galvanized mesh.
All steel components are manufactured from commercial grade 275 GSM galvanized steel 4.5’ and 6’ cage row sections with stands every 4.5 ’and 3’. The cage legs are manufactured using 14 gauge galvanized steel and are formed into a 1-1/2” U-channel. Adjustable foot are used for cage leveling – plus or minus 1”. Interlocking sliding doors on cage fronts – doors can be opened independently for easy access and visibility of the birds – one handed operation.
Super Breed front kit consists of water tank and manure belt tightening hex rods to be placed by eachtires.Internal spiral scraper rollers for removing feathers and dried litters between the manure belt and collecting with separate trays. Water floaters placed near the water tank with connecting of flexible hoses. Front kit length of 4’ could be easy to tighten the manure belt with long last usage. Manure belt tighten and locked with specially designed sprocket with chain.
Each line have a seperate water tank unit with proper joints to supply the water to the nipple drinker. Water tank with line closing and opening handles providing for working convenience. IMPEX or Shanmugaa make nipple drinkers were used for super breed systems. Its give good drinking water to the parent birds. Each line water supplied by 22 mm PVC pipe with placing at center of dividers. Male and female birds drinking at suitable heights which gives better yield from the breeders. Nipple drinking systems provides pure and hygiene water supply to the birds at regular interval periods of change of water. Each nipple for two birds water consumption by standard in the cages. Birds per nipple optional by customer request.
Simple design features few moving parts, corrosion-resistant PVC- coated cable and permanently sealed wheel bearings for reliability. Takes up less aisle space than similar feeders. Uses as little as 1 HP motor to feed an entire cage row. Soft start feature reduces strain on power unit. Feeder includes enough hopper capacity to feed in both directions of travel, and is easy to operate manually in areas with unreliable power. Feed weight is controllable wit accuracy of plus or minus 4 gram per open, and feeder includes both individual tier shut-offs and fill system shut-offs to prevent spillage. Hopper view windows provide feed level visibility and permit easy confirmation of proper filling of hopper. Feed “pushers” at each tier reduce feed wastage while keeping feed in front of birds; a feed level “sled” reduces caked feed. Support system from cage legs helps align feeder with the cage row, minimizing the possibility of derailment. A rotational sensor monitors whether feeder is running and serves as a safety shutoff for the power unit. System design does not require placement of power units in cages, unlike some other systems. Can feed entire cage row or house at once for reduced bird stress.
Egg from the cages roll out with low speed in 7 Degree slop with the collecting belts Egg transport belts available in 96 mm waived polypropylene are standard with black color. Reinforced polypropylene used for long life of cage systems. The belts are not sensitive to the temperature and humidity variation. The belts must cleaned with fibre brushes help clean eggs received from the cages on every time. Egg protector wires to be used for an optional requirement from the customers. Egg belt drive consists of each tier have individual geared motor with 0.25hp of power with suitable bearings with chains and sprocket drives. In front of the egg collecting trays are place with operating as easy method for farmer workers . Its easily switch off the motors with help of locking actuate the limit switches. In specially designed stainless steel rods with soft tubes to absorb running shocks from the eggs and to protect egg cracks.
